Tour and Activity Information and Sign-up
The NBS-AERho convention will feature optional events.  Specific transportation details relating to Wednesday events will be available at the NBS onsite office in the hotel Tuesday afternoon and evening.  Specific transportation details relating to Friday events will be available at the lunch session Thursday afternoon.

For most of the events we are required to provide a list of names for security purposes.  You will have to bring a picture ID to get in.

To guarantee our people will arrive we are requiring a $25 online deposit to hold your spot. If you attend the session, you will receive a full refund of the deposit by Friday, March 31. (The Today Show and Good Morning America do not require the deposit just a sign-up.  The NBC Sports Complex tour does require $45 for an Amtrak group ticket but no additional deposit.  The Paley Center has a $3 admission charge to be paid at the door.)  In addition, we have provided an APPROXIMATE cost for round-trip public transportation to the event.

On Friday you may sign-up for one of the morning shows plus one other event.  Links to the signup site are listed below.
